I had a fantastic experience with a spacious, comfy room and a lovely breakfast that had plenty of choices. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the garden area. One minor issue was that the towels could use a refresh, but overall, I loved my stay! 😊

Friendly staff in a noisy location
The room was clean and comfortable, making me feel at home. The staff greeted everyone with genuine warmth, and breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a taste of regional flavors.
The location was bustling and noisy, making it hard to relax at times. The sound carried to my room, especially from the pool area, and could disturb tranquil moments.

close beach access, spacious Premier Double Room, abundant nearby shops
Surprised by lack of prior notification about disturbances!!! A lot of loud families made relaxation difficult!!! Would have preferred clearer communication!!!

the hotel was pretty decent, though the staff acted suspiciously as if i was causing trouble, and obviously, they don’t allow outside food. who doesn’t appreciate a nice meal from home? i simply woudl ve been more comfortable if they had offered me a welcome drink or something, but i guess that’s too much to ask. also, mouldy bathrooms.

the breakfast was amazin, with so many options to choose from! the location is super handy, just 5 mins from the beach, and the staff were really nice and attentive. they got a cool pool area too, perfect for chillin after a long day. my room was spacious and cozy, felt like home.
but i found the ambiance at the hotel kinda dark and not really welcoming. also, the service at the restaurant took way too long, which was frustrating.
